The Vienna Airport Line (one every 30 minutes) arrives at Vienna center in aproximately 30 minutes (westbahnhof). Once in the center you can take the metro U6 direction Floridsdorf and descend in the 6th station "Alserstrasse", and to only 5 minutes on foot by the same street the hotel is found.
If you come from Sudbahnhof: take the Tramvía NR18 direction Burggasse/Stadthalle to Burggasse, there you can take the metro U6 direction Floridsdof, and in the third station descend in Alserstrasse and again 5 minutes walking.
